Valentine Day! Time to romance your own soul. What a better time than Valentine’s Day to give yourself a “I love me” hug. Year by year we go through our days doing what “has to be done”. Looking back and reflecting benefits us spiritually and artistically. It brings an appreciate to the who, what, when and how of not only our accomplishments but also the people who have supported us. Looking ahead engages oneself in consciously making life choices and an opportunity to build your hopes and dreams. Its hard to be faithful to yourself/dreams when so much is pulling at us every day. There is something about writing out our hopes and dreams that helps them come alive. I believe we owe it to ourselves to celebrate “ourselves”, as we all have so much to give/share with the world – artistically and spiritually. (see attached file). Love the one you’re with – you!
